Please read the following instructions carefully before submitting your application. Submission of an application confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to these conditions.

1. One-Time Application Policy

An individual applicant is permitted to apply for the subsidy only once. Multiple applications submitted by the same person will result in the immediate rejection or cancellation of all related applications.

2. One Application Per Land

A single land parcel/property is eligible for only one subsidy application. Any duplicate, repeated, or multiple applications for the same land will be rejected without prior notice.

3. Grounds for Immediate Cancellation

Your application may be cancelled immediately at any stage if any of the following is found:

• Submission of incomplete, incorrect, or forged documents.

• Failure to submit the required documents within the prescribed time.

• Inaccurate, false, or misleading information.

• Misrepresentation or concealment of material facts.

• Misleading, threatening, or attempting to influence any official, representative, or authorized personnel.

• Non-payment of any applicable processing or service fees.

• Failure to complete any stage of the application process within the specified timeline, including Registration/Login, FRP, document verification, or Final Submission.

• Violation of any applicable rules, policies, or procedural requirements.

4. Permanent Disqualification

If an application is cancelled for any of the reasons mentioned above, the applicant shall be permanently disqualified from applying under this subsidy process. No re-application, reconsideration, appeal, or fresh submission will be accepted in the future.

5. Applicant's Declaration

The applicant is solely responsible for the accuracy, authenticity, and completeness of all information and documents submitted. Any false declaration, fraudulent act, or violation of these conditions may lead to permanent disqualification and any other action permissible under applicable rules and regulations.
